1. Acceptance

By using magmi.org, its services, downloading Magmi software, or purchasing any paid service, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us” — SoftArch Consulting, which operates Magmi. “User”, “you” — natural or legal person using the site. “Magmi Software” — the open-source project under GPL-2.0.

3. Services

Full list on the Services page. A specific service’s description in your Statement of Work (SoW) prevails over the general description.

4. Orders and payment

• Prices on the site are indicative; final price in SoW
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, SWIFT, SEPA
• Currency: USD, EUR, UAH, PLN
• 50% prepayment for new clients, 100% for express orders
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated

5. Refunds

• Within 7 days of payment, if work NOT started — 100% refund
• After work started — pro-rata refund minus materials
• Hourly projects — no refunds, only actual hours billed

6. Intellectual property

All site content (except Magmi code, which is GPL-2.0 open source) is our property or licensed with permission. Magento trademarks belong to Adobe Inc.

Custom code: copyright transfers to client after full payment. We retain the right to reuse common patterns and fragments.

7. Magmi licence

Magmi is distributed under GNU GPL v2.0. You may freely use, modify and distribute the code provided you preserve copyright notices, publish modifications under the same licence, and make source code available with binary builds.

8. Rules of use

You must not break the law, publish misleading content, attempt unauthorised access, automatically scrape content, distribute malware, or impersonate our staff.

9. Limitation of liability

Total liability does not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or special damages.

10. Warranties

• Bug-fix warranty — 30 days from delivery
• Custom development warranty — 90 days
• SLA for Pro and Enterprise plans — defined in the SoW

11. Termination

We may terminate access without notice for a material breach. You may discontinue use at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. For EU clients, mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of residence apply.

13. Dispute resolution

Disputes are first resolved by negotiation. If unresolved — Commercial Court of Kyiv. For EU B2C clients — via EU ODR platform.
